We would like to take this
time, to tell you a little more about Forum Painting. Our company
is schooled in the European philosophy of craftsmanship. With
11 years of training in Poland and Western Europe, 8 years in
Manhattan, 8 years in the Pacific Northwest, we believe that
everything under the surface is just as important as the finish
surface. Preparation in the old school is everything. Because
of the transparent nature of our work, we are also highly skilled
in plasterwork: venetian or artistic plaster, stucco, and smooth
and troweled finishes.
Too often people in the trade are overly
anxious to get to the finish product and the little details
that create the difference from well done to exceptional become
overlooked. We pride ourselves not only on preparation of the
raw surface but between each coat of paint finish. This method
insures a smooth substratum for the next level of finish.
